Shipping & Handling

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the time payment is received/cleared.  In the event that we cannot ship within this time frame, you will be notified. We try our best to ship out as the same day you order.  

USPS is our preferred shipping method, but we do offer UPS. Selection of either is available upon checkout. Please be aware USPS and UPS are not always consistent (i.e. misplaced, lost, and ported into another dimension). And for this reason, once a package leaves our hands, we are not fully responsible. We offer the following to help ensure maximum delivery.

Please note: depending on your chosen shipping method, US orders should be delivered within 1-2 weeks from being shipped. International orders can take up to 3-5 weeks.  If selecting USPS for any international orders, tracking does not update once it leaves the US. Please allow 3-4 weeks before contacting customer service.

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon at the time of checkout, unless otherwise indicated through direct communication. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, we are will not be held responsible.
